Woman of Allah Series- Shirin Neshat.

Neshat is an Iranian- born artist based in New York. For years she has been making art that portrays the beauty of Muslim women, particularly women from Iran. Her first series, Women of Allah was in response to her shock over the Iranian Islamic Revolution that occurred in the 70s.
